		<description>I agree, Specter will likely be as unreliable for the Dems as he was for the GOP. How many times has the guy spoken in favor of human rights, rule of law, etc. and then turned around and voted the opposite way?

On the other hand, it is amusing to watch the GOP trying to spin what is clearly another set-back as some sort of victory!</description>
