BAYH??

Okay, I’ve come around to not wanting Bayh.  So now it looks like it’s Bayh.  Of course.  Bleah.

The rumor is based on a leak of campaign literature:

My gut reaction?  This may be a red herring.

This bumper sticker is far, far uglier than anything that Obama’s campaign has produced in terms of graphics.  It’s not consistent with Obama’s preferred colors or fonts, and it doesn’t have his campaign logo, a brand they’ve spent months cultivating.

I know that graphics isn’t necessarily an indicator, but last time around, both Bush and Kerry maintained logo consistency between the primaries and the general.

I know that’s a slim reed, but so is assuming the sticker is accurate.  So don’t panic yet.

Yet.

It does have the union symbols in the corner — looks legit to me.
