		<description>Charlie -- great post and thanks for giving Hagel a Vandy.  Hagel has all but endorsed Obama except an explicit statement.  I think he was on the verge of an endorsement -- but something pulled him back just before departing for Afghanistan and Iraq with Obama and Senator Reed.  I'm not sure what he will do now, but I suspect that he sees no reason to endorse explicitly now until after Republican convention.  More on this later -- but congrats on a great blog.
